Charlee Bear® Dog Treats were developed by Steve Brown over 17 years ago.  He was training puppies and he wanted to have a product that was healthy, convenient, and encouraged that special bond between people and dogs.  Steve started his dog treat company and was joined by Ava Olsen, who is still the Brand Manager.  Steve is no longer with the company; he has gone on to work on books about canine nutrition.  The company has grown and Ava is still here, helping to reach new dog owners every day.  We have always been a “grassroots company”-gaining popularity as happy dog guardians and trainers spread the word about our treats to clients, friends, and family.
