When will my order be processed?
We try our best to ship the order as soon as possible. However, most orders will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the order.
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have specified. Upon authorization of your credit card and processing of your order, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted. Most in stock orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Standard Delivery can take up to 7-14 business days. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries between 7-14 business days.
My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

What will appear on my credit card statement?
When you make a credit card purchase through us, you will see charges to 'ProbioticSmart.com' or 'Probiotics' on your statement.
How can I get further information about a product?
If you would like more information about a product you see on our site, simply click on the Details tab. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides complete product information and descriptions.
The product I received is not what I was expecting. How do I receive a refund?
