How to Earn Points

ProbioticSmart.com visitors with established accounts can earn PSC Points when purchasing goods, referring friends which then sign up for membership on our sites, posting blog comments, and writing product reviews. 

When purchasing products, the exact number of PSC Points you’ll receive will be listed on the product’s detail page. Once you’ve checked out and your order has been confirmed, the points are applied to your account and you are free to redeem them on qualifying products.

When participating on our websites, the amount of points received for each activity (refer a friend, blog comments, product reviews, etc.) can vary depending on the activity and may vary at the discretion of ProbioticSmart.com.  ProbioticSmart.com reserves the right to withdraw or vary any offer we've made without notice.

If you fail to correctly follow any of our required instructions or conditions, the possibility exists that we will not issue you any PSC points.

Did you not Earn Points on Your First Order?

If you didn't create an account for your first order, then you didn't earn poins for this order. However, the good news is that it isn't too late. Just sign up for an account now, then email customercare@probioticsmart.com with your order number from your first order. Once our customer service representatives receive your email they will transfer the points that you would have earned for this order. Then, on all future orders just make sure to sign in to your account to keep earning and spending PSC Points.

Redemption of Points

PSC Points may be redeemed in exchange for qualified products within the ProbioticSmart.com family of websites.  The number of PSC Points required to obtain a specific product may vary at any time without notice.

The process of actually redeeming PSC Points is as follows:

• In order to obtain/redeem PSC Points, you must first have a ProbioticSmart.com member account.  If you do not currently have one, you may sign up here.
• Add the items you wish to purchase/obtain to your cart.
• When you decide to check out, you will end up on our checkout page.  At this point you can allocate the desired number of points towards your purchase through the use of our PSC Points slider (pictured below).

• There is also a "details view" to the right of the PSC Points slider which displays specific information regarding your purchase including the number of PSC Points that are being applied to the purchase, the number of PSC Points you will receive for making the purchase (these will be applied after the purchase is made), and the total amount of discounts applied to the purchase (includes allocated PSC Points).
