Feeding Recommendations: Transition Cow Choice can either be used as a drench or in a cow’s drinking water. As a drench: mix contents of one pouch in 5 gallons of warm water and administer orally as a drench to cows, using an esophageal or rumen tube. In drinking water: briskly mix while slowly adding the contents of one pouch to 5 gallons of warm water and offer to fresh cows as soon as possible after calving.
