I share in part, digestive upset with my dog. I use a probiotic for her, but never thought it would benefit me, then after a friend suggested Align, I tried it myself.
At first I could not tell if it helped, but what clinched it was stopping it! Then I realized the benefits had ceased, and have taken it ever since. When you think you just are stuck with the dregs, and feel miserable, you just cope the best you can. I suffered, silently and outloud, for years, never knowing there was something that might help. I have tried other things, and basically, wasted time, a lot of money and became convinced that everything was crap.
