Coenzyme Q-10 is a naturally occurring, oil based, vitamin like supplement. Conenzyme Q-10 levels decline in the body as the individual grows older, and replacement has shown to be vital in the proper functioning of cells. CoQ10 assists in the production of 95% of the body's energy production.
