I am a 62 year old female with athletic goals. I have been using Cosamin for 10 years now. I train horses and my horses were on Cosequin, same product, but for the equine athlete. I had changed them to Cosequin ASU and saw a big difference, so I tried the Cosamin ASU on myself. It makes a difference. It helps me get through the day with my arthritis. I am a 47 year old male who was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis, while having knee surgery for a torn meniscus, it was found that almost all of my cartilage is gone and that I would need lubrication injections until I am old enough for knee replacement surgery. My Doctor told me about ASU and told me to take it for a minimum of 4 weeks. I have ordered it on amazon, in which there were many reviews all of them very good. Therefore I am writing this in anticipation to seeing the results and to inform you the consumer of the results. This is expensive and from what I have gathered do not purchase a cheaper version of this. Stay tuned.... to be continued!
