Suggested Use: To be used as an aid in maintaining urinary tract health, digestive health, and immune functions. Take two capsules before meal on an empty stomach preferable in the morning as a dietary supplement.
For intensive use: take two capsules before meal two to three times daily.
Potency: Each serving (2 capsules) contains 500 mg of a proprietary blend of Cranberry extract and D-Mannose, and 5 billion viable Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS-1 strain), Bifidobacterium Longum, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, and Bifidobacterium lactis.

I began having chronic bladder infections beginning about 9 months ago. After visiting the doctor a multitude of times without solving the problem, a holistic practitioner recommended that I buy CranGyn DDS cranberry pills.
I admit, I was skeptical at first...but I'm here to tell you that these pills work wonderfully. Honestly, I wish I had started with these (because they're less than $20 which is much, much less than what I had paid for several unsuccessful doctor visits). This is a very good product.
