Way better than Lactaid
Very effective product. Doesn't just help you digest lactose, but also the milk proteins that can also be difficult/impossible for your body to digest. I noticed a difference right away. As a bonus, it is also much less expensive than products like Lactaid. I will definitely continue using this product.
Works Better
Although I'm not sure why, this product works better (and costs less) than the lactase product I've been taking, even though it has much less lactase. Apparently the gas and other discomfort is caused by more than just the lactose in the dairy products. Don't know if it works that well for everyone, but it's worth trying a bottle and seeing. I was surprised.
Often better for me than just lactase
I don't know why, but even though this product has less lactase than I typically get with a generic "lactaid" product I was buying, it seems to work better most of the time. There clearly are issues causing gas from milk products besides just the lactose in them. Anyway, it works and is a good price.

I've tried many enzymes in the 10 or so years that I've been intolerant, and this is the only one I've found that really works for me. Most meals with dairy, I just take one capsule. If eating a bowl of ice-cream, I usually take 2 or 3 depending on how much I'm eating. This is the only dairy enzyme I use and definitely recommend it to family and friends.
