I've checked out a lot of circumin supplements, and finally decided on this one. I knew Jarrow products were good. Well this circumin supplement works! I've been taking them for a little over 2 months.
I 've had trouble remembering words that I wanted to use in a conversation--just ordinary words that I couldn't think of. After about a month, I started noticing a change. I was getting better! I also was having trouble remembering things from day to day, and that has improved. I'm so glad I found this circumin supplement. It may not work for everyone, but it has certainly changed my life. I highly recommend it!
