SACCHAROMYCES BOULARDII+MOS does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature. Refrigeration will, however, extend the shelf life.

Avoid or cure C. diff with S. Boulardii
I always take S. Boulardii whenever I'm prescribed antibiotics in order to avoid getting the C. diff intestinal problems. You can't beat the price here.
