Pour 12 oz boiling water over tea bag and steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink one 6 oz cup afer your evening meal, saving the rest for your evening meal the next day. May be drank hot or cold. Three or Four days after begin drinking, you may increase the strength and flavor by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by your doctor. Not for children under 12 years old.
