its really,realy good vitamins.because when i introduce to my mother who is a diabetic,she never gets tired,she's now energetic,and she was so happy as ever .me too!when i go to work i can't stop working ,makes me strong and during the day i can sleep well.and my nails before was been deform in growing,but when i take this vitamins,my nails then normaly in shape.thank you so much for being around supplying the product.
