I've taken these for a few months now and only have good things to say. They are easy to swallow and have kept me feeling great. I stayed home with my sick daughter for a few days recently and although she passed her flu onto her sister, I managed to escape. Call it a coincidence? Not sure, but my guess is these are doing their job in keeping me healthy.
