Joint Vibrance Powder
Once each day mix one level scoop of powder or the contents of one single-serving packet into eight ounces of grapefruit, apple or grape juice (recommended) or the juice of your choice. Stir briskly or shake briefly in a closed container. Best taken between meals to maximize absorption of nutrients from Joint Vibrance™.

really good joint supplement. a bit hard to get down, but for those of us with bad joints, the results are worth it.

This is the only joint supplement that has made any difference for me. Just a warning: it does taste pretty gross, like cinnamon (plain cinnamon, not sweetened cinnamon) & the only way I can get it down is to either drink it with apple juice (mix in blender--powder doesn't dissolve easily) or stir it into flavoured yogurt or kefir. Nonetheless, I highly reccomend this product as it doesn't just provide you with glucosamine to lubricate your joints, but also with the building blocks for repairing damaged cartilage as well as all-natural anti-inflamatory agents.
