Psyllium is used for general intestinal health. It contains a spongy fiber that reduces appetite, improves digestion and cleanses the system. Psyllium can provide the fiber that is missing on low carb diets. Psyllium can help with irritable bowel syndrome.
Mix 1 level tablespoon into at least 12 oz of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with small amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.
