For topical applications, apply a few drops of 100% Pure Castor Oil to the desired area and massage as needed. For soft hair, simply add a few drops to your favorite shampoo prior to washing.

Good but heavy
This oil is good for the skin but I find it too heavy therefore, I use it as a moisturizer for my feet. It does a great job of keeping the bottom soft. Once it's on, I put on a pair of clean white socks and the Castor Oil does the work. I usually keep it on overnight. This product is "food grade" and can also be used as a laxative (if you can stomach the taste). As far as the smell, I don't like the smell but I continue to use it because it works. Yes, I would buy this product again.
