great men's multi softgel
I regularly weight lift and wanted a quick delivery multi to help supplement my diet. This multi has a lot to offer for the price and has seemed to give a subtle but prolonged increase in energy instead of a short spurt. The bottle suggests taking two a day but I generally take one unless I'm feeling particularly drained. Overall I'm very happy with the product.
