This has been my go-to protein for a while. The brand also has one with only natural flavor. Very dissolvable. Tastes best with milk.

Every post-workout needs some protein and a scoop of this has plenty. I have the delicious strawberry flavor and I mix it with Nesquik powder. Best tasting shake I've ever tried!
