Based on your body weight, take 1-3 servings daily (see chart below). For best results; take tablets at least 30-45 minutes before meals; drink at least eight glasses of water throughout the day; follow a sensible diet; and exercise 30-60 minutes most days. 100-150 lbs - 1 serving before breakfast. 150-200 lbs - 1 serving before breakfast and lunch.
