Best Multi I've used
Can't go wrong with ON!! I've taken their supplements for a year now and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. These multi vitamins definitely gave me more energy and helped my metabolism. It will be hard to make me switch to another vitamin...

Replaced another vitamin that just wasn't doing much for me. Started Opti-Men with just one a day and started noticing more energy and a better all around feeling of health. After 1 week, began taking 2 a day. Added to the above benefits. Didn't feel I needed to take 3 a day. I take one at breakfast and one at lunch. Tried taking one at night but had trouble sleeping. Great product for the money!!
Multi-vitamin that every man needs!
I've been taking 2 - 3 of these daily for 5 months now and I've been feeling more energetic ever since I started. Everything you need to keep you going are in these vitamins and I recommend them to any person trying to stay healthy.

At less than $0.10 per pill, this is one of the best prices on the net for a fantastic product. I had been wanting to start a multi-vitamin and did a lot of research. Everything pointed to this one as the best out there for the price. Boy were they right... The energy I get from these lasts me all day. I take three in the morning before I leave for work for convenience but ideally you would take one before breakfast, lunch and dinner to make the energy last longer. Still, there are a lot of ingredients in these supplements and make them one of the best out there.
