Optimum Nutrition makes some of the best-tasting whey protein shakes by far (I purchased the chocolate flavored ones). They are also very effective & readily absorbed by the body. Even as someone who is generally intollerant of anything that is derived from/is a byproduct of cow's milk, these don't bother my digestive tract in the least & I can tell the difference in my body on the days I take them after exercise & the days I don't. Great sports nutrition at a great price.
