This product really works.
I am a skinny guy, trying to gain weight. I was having great workouts at the gym, but my weight just was not showing that. A friend of mine suggested this to me, but I was skeptical at first. great results from once a day use
The serving suggestion for this product is 2 scoops, equivalent to 2 bags a month when used daily. I used one scoop a day, every day for a month, I have gained about 10 pounds. In fairness I also supplement with creatine, so some of the weight gain may be due to that. However, I have been taking creatine for a while and was stuck at 150/155 lbs. After a month of taking this I hit 165 for the first time in my life. Furthermore, I think the weight gain can be attributed to this because my figure does not look bloated like with creatine, I look like I've got substance.
Long of the short, if you are serious about gaining weight, and you know that caloric intake is a problem this is perfect. Even taking 1/2 the amount every day for a month you will see results.
