Add two heaping scoops of Serious Mass to a blender filled with 24 oz of water. Blend for 45-60 seconds. Then add a few ice cubes and, if desired, other calorie-contributing ingredients and blend for an additional 30-45 seconds.
Tips: Mixing two scoops of Serious Mass with 24 fl. oz. of nonfat or low fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake. This product really works.
I am a skinny guy, trying to gain weight. I was having great workouts at the gym, but my weight just was not showing that. A friend of mine suggested this to me, but I was skeptical at first. I read more into this product and decided to give it a try. After two months of consistent working out and a serving of serious mass everyday, I have gained 12 pounds. My lifting weight at the gym is going up. I feel pumped when I work out. This is a great product for anyone who is trying to put on mass.

great results from once a day use
The serving suggestion for this product is 2 scoops, equivalent to 2 bags a month when used daily. I used one scoop a day, every day for a month, I have gained about 10 pounds. In fairness I also supplement with creatine, so some of the weight gain may be due to that. However, I have been taking creatine for a while and was stuck at 150/155 lbs. After a month of taking this I hit 165 for the first time in my life. Furthermore, I think the weight gain can be attributed to this because my figure does not look bloated like with creatine, I look like I've got substance.
Long of the short, if you are serious about gaining weight, and you know that caloric intake is a problem this is perfect. Even taking 1/2 the amount every day for a month you will see results.
