Duralactin® contains a patented dried milk protein, called MicroLactin®. MicroLactin® comes from the milk of hyperimmunized cows, meaning that these cows possess very large quantities of this specific antibody. It contains factors that appear to block cytokines, substances that are produced during allergic and other inflammatory reactions that amplify the inflammation by modifying the functions of cells. This action reduces inflammation and also reduces white blood cell participation in the inflammatory response, which helps prevent subsequent tissue damage caused by excess neutrophil accumulation. Neutrophils are the most abundant kind of white blood cells found in mammals. They form an essential part of the immune system, found in tissues, that respond to a wide variety of substances released at the locations of inflammatory reactions. Because Duralactin® helps stop chronic inflammation at the cellular level, it also avoids inhibiting protective prostaglandin activity.
Inflammation has been inhibited in many laboratory animal models that have been given partially purified preparations. Duralactin® has been shown to be an effective anti-inflammatory, regardless of the origin of the inflammation and also seems to work without irritating the gastro-intestinal system. Duralactin® is the ideal choice for dogs needing management of chronic inflammation, and also for acute inflammation, particularly as a result of environmental exposure, bacterial infections, and some cancers. Duralactin® supports normal activity and wellness and does not suppress the immune system.
Results can be seen in four to seven days, peaking in ten days to two weeks.

Does the job
This product does seem to make my Swissy feel better, and she's 10 1/2 yrs old. She's friskier now than before using the Duralactin. She eats the tabs right with her food and doesn't pick around them.
I like the results and will continue to use it!
Duralactin is a great product that aids in the comfort of my aging dog with arthritis.
great anti inflammatory
I've been using Duralactin for my Boxer for a while now. Not only does he like taking it, but I notice the difference when he's not on it. It's a great all natural remedy that is easy on his stomach.
I ordered this product for my 8 year old greyhound, Axel. He does not have any medical issues but due to an old injury was a bit slow getting up from his bed. After about 7 days I noticed a big difference in him. He runs more than before and seems to have a lift in his step now. I have started giving it to my 10 yr old greyhound and hopefully it will work for her too.
This is the second dog I've had that we put on Durlactin. First dog was 14 yr. cocker and thie one is 10 yellow lab
Very Happy with Duralactin
This is a great supplement I use for my dog with degenerative joint disease and spondylosis. Am very satisfied with it.
Great Product/Great Price!
I have been using Duralactin for my Shiloh Shepherd when she had torn her cruciate ligament. She made a complete recovery without surgery and I still use it today for her. Thank you for having great prices on your website!
Great joint supplement
This is one of the supplements my Shiloh shepherd is on. She tore her ACL and healed naturally without surgery and using natural anti-inflammatories and joint supplements was part of the protocol that enabled her to make a complete recovery. She is now 9 1/2 years old and has developed arthritis, which is to be expected at her age for a large breed dog. I will continue to use this for her as I know it is helping her.
Not limping anymore
My 6 yr. old female St. Bernard, Gracie, is showing signs of hip dysplasia. During the winter she got up one morning and was holding her one back leg up, not wanting to bear weight on it. I gave her some Deramaxx that I had left over from another dog, but it upset her stomach and she threw up. I remembered my vet suggested Duralactin previously so I got her started on it and after a week or so she was much better. She has been on it for a few months now and is back to running and taking her daily walks. I would strongly recommend this product. Hopefully it will get her through a few more years.
Getting around much easier now...
I give this to my dog, Samson, every day. He is a 10 year old shepherd mix. He has arthritus, and was having a hard time walking up and down stairs and getting onto the bed. He has an easier time getting around. It is especially obvious in the mornings when we go downstairs. I would recommend this to anyone.
