Will Fizzion work on a carpet that has been shampooed or chemically treated in the past ?

Yes. Fizzion does not contain enzymes so its performance will not be compromised by any residues or cleaners used in previous treatments. If there is any residue on the surface from previous cleaners, it is best to wipe that away with warm water first, before applying Fizzion. Additionally, Fizzion’s performance, unlike enzymatic cleaners, is not heat sensitive therefore it can be used right before you steam clean without issue.

Can Fizzion prevent pets from returning to the same place to relieve themselves?

Yes. Pets are attracted to the ammonia smell that comes from the uric acid in urine. When there are traces of this scent left behind, the pet is more likely to return to that spot to relieve itself. Fizzion completely eliminates the uric acid so your pet will be less likely to return to the spot that has been treated.
Is Fizzion safe for pets to sniff and lick?

All of the ingredients in Fizzion are completely non toxic and will not harm your pet if they come in to contact with Fizzon before or after the solution is dry.

Is there any waiting period once you treat the stain with Fizzion?

You do not have to wait for the Fizzion solution to activate once you spray it on the stain.

Can you use Fizzion on regular household stains such as red wine and chocolate?

Yes. The reason that Fizzion is so effective on pet stains and odor is because they are protein-based. Many household stains like red wine and chocolate are also protein-based. The CO2 formula in Fizzion is designed for these types of soils and therefore cleans them very effectively.

Are there any stains that Fizzion will not work on?

Fizzion is not effective on food or products that contain red dye a.k.a “Red 40” which is a very common food coloring found in several commercial dog and cat food products. Your pet’s body will naturally break down red 40 during its normal digestion process, however, should your pet regurgitate food that contains Red 40 before the digestion process has occurred, it may be difficult to clean this stain.

What are other fabrics I can treat with Fizzion?

Fizzion has been tested on dozens of fabrics and textiles. Even though Fizzion is a very strong cleaner, it is very gentle on fabric. It can be used on almost anything as long as you follow the instructions.

Can you pre-treat stains on clothing?

Yes, just spray on the stain and wash in appropriate cycle with regular detergent.

Can you use Fizzion instead of a laundry detergent?

There is not enough concentration in Fizzion to effectively replace traditional laundry detergents but Fizzion is highly effective as a “booster” for stain removal. Either spot treat the stain by spraying directly on it, or add a couple of tablets to your laundry load to enhance the stain lifting process.
