Clay cat litters are bad for the environment and your cat's health. They produce a lot of dust that is unhealthy for the respiratory system, and they also use chemicals for odor control. These chemicals are ingested by your cat when she cleans herself and are not healthy for her system.
Green Tea Leaves Cat Litter is a perfect alternative. It is made up of wood powder pellets, which cuts down on the dust, but it still clumps for easy cleaning. The wood powder is highly absorbent, to the clumps are smaller, which is much more economical, and they do not break apart when scooping. The clumps are formed under the surface of the litter, which reduces the air exposure of the waste, and helps with the odor control. Green Tea Leaves Cat Litter also utilizes Catechin, an astringent compound that is found in green tea. It helps to kill bacteria and viral infection. The all-natural, biodegradable ingredients in this litter make it one of the easiest to use because it is also flushable.

Green Tea Leaves Cat Litter is an excellent litter. I have 3 adult cats and there is no litter smell, in my house. Initially, I tried it, as it was reported to be a green product. I have used a myriad of cat litters and always had a hint of that dreadful smell. No more smell. Thanks for a fantastic and green product.
A green product using recycled sawdust and green tea leaves, which removes the odor. Although it says you can flush the dirty litter, it is not recommended, especially if you live near your drinking water table. The urine and feces adhere to this litter and make removal easy. I have told all my cat owner friends about this wonderful product.
Very little dust. No smell, which is great. Have been using it for several months and have had no problems with flushing. The only minor problem I have had is the pellets/granules do not sift easily when you lift a clump out of the box and it tends to break up when shaking the scooper to rid it of the pellets.
