It penetrates the coat to help lessen pulling and tugging on the coat which naturally helps untangle the coat. Oatmeal 'n Baking Soda Conditioner also helps give the coat a shine, pleasant smell and looking great.

For conditioning: Shampoo the pet and rinse thoroughly. Dilute one part conditioner with seven parts water. Pour diluted conditioner over coat. Rinse. For added softness, towel dry without rinsing. For mats and tangles: Apply the conditioner full strength to mat or tangle. Work in briskly with fingers. Comb problem area. Use this product as you normally would shampoo your dog. Do not use on cats.
