Marin provides support for the liver with silybin and vitamin E. Marin also contains zinc for additional benefit.
The chart below illustrates that the silybin in Marin which is in a phosphatidylcholine complex has increased bioavailability, reaching levels up to 4 times more than that seen with 80% standardized milk thistle extracts (silymarin).
Each is given as one oral dose equivalent to 16 mg/kg body weight of silybin.

Good Product
My vet recommended Dena Marin for my 13 year old dog because or her digestive issues. Dena Marin is 2X as expensive as Marin - so I tried this product and my dogs liver enzymes are normal for over 2 years now - try this before shelling out extra $ for dena marin
Delighted with Marin
After Peter suffered through a bout of hepatitis early this year, the emergency vet had him on the superexpensive DENAMarin. Our personal vet felt he would do very well long term on Marin at (thanks to PSCPets prices) less than half the cost. That's a particular help since it's not the only med he's taking. Here we are, 4 months later, his bloodwork is great, and he's a happy camper. And he thinks they're treats!
