Restrictions:

• Our guarantee is not valid on close-outs, clearance items, damaged items, special buys, special promotions, liquidations, auctions, eBay or member club pricing.
• We do not take mail-in rebates, gift checks, gift cards, free promotional products or equivalent into account when matching prices. We do not match free products offered with a purchase.
• Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to items found on other online retailer websites.
• The online store must be an authorized online retailer.
• Our Lowest Price Guarantee is only available to customers who have made a purchase through the ProbioticSmart.com family of websites (PSCLife.com, PSCPets.com, and PSCFarm.com).

To request a refund please Contact Us within 10 days of your purchase (use the link provided, please no phone requests!). Please include your name, your order number, and the URL of the website offering the same item for less. Once we receive your request and the URL, we will view the website and the product. If all restrictions are met we will gladly issue a refund* for the difference in price!

*Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used during your original purchase. Allow 3-7 days for credit processing.
