Glucosamine is easily absorbed and has long been thought to help maintain the health and resiliency of joints, help prevent damage caused by arthritis, and prevent the degeneration of cartilage. In osteoarthritis, the cushion that surrounds the joints becomes thin and stiff. Glucosamine is used in the body to create this cushion.
Chondroitin is often given along with glucosamine because its use has been thought to increase the efficacy of the glucosamine.
PSCPets Joint Support was formulated to support the whole dog, and because of this, contains several extra ingredients that help with total health. WARNINGS:
For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose contact a health professional immediately. Store in a cool, dry place. Store with lid tightly closed.
CAUTIONS:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Consult with your veterinarian before using this product in animals: with clotting disorders; being treated with anticoagulant medications; diabetes or any metabolic disorder causing hyperglycemia; history of urinary tract stones; known allergies to shellfish. If lameness worsens, stop providing the product and consult your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

Great Product
I've used this product for quite some time now and have had wonderful results. I have a 11 year old who is moving so much better now and am starting my adopted new girl (special needs) on it!!
No more Guessing!
I absolutely love this product because it has all of the ingredients that my dog needs in a soft chew form that she begs for! I used to give a tablet, but then would sometime find half a tablet that would be spit out when I would turn my back. Now, the soft chew is gobbled down so fast because she loves it that I don't need to check the floor for any refused supplement. I recommend this to everyone!
