The 2012 Smiling Pet Photo contest will start at 12:01 am central time on February 1st, 2012 and will end on February 29th, 2012 at 11:59 pm central time.
Eligibility: This photo contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. All photos must contain a pet that is owned by the individual who is entering the photo. Photos must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe on the rights of any others. All photos will be approved before they become active for others to vote upon and any photos containing situations that are not reflective of responsible pet ownership will not be approved for voting.
Voting: During the contest period all photos will be judged by fans of the PSCPets.com Facebook page. On the last day of the contest the three winners with the most votes will be announced and contacted to receive their prize.
