Feed 1 hour prior to expected upsetting event. Give twice daily as needed. Squeeze a ribbon of Relax and Calm gel on your finger (or feed from a dish). Dogs accept Relax and Calm immediately licking it up without urging.

I purchased this product because it was recommended by a friend--whose dogs are much smaller than mine. I squeezed about 3 finger lengths of gel out for my 50 pound 'canine chicken' during a storm. He enjoyed it as a treat, and I think he did calm down a little quicker. I think I'll try the pills next time--though the ingredients are different. There should be some mention of a weight limit, so the dosing isn't impractical. Or come up with a more concentrated product for larger dogs. Thanks.
