I'm only giving four stars b/c I haven't even gone through a whole bottle yet. BUT, so far, so good. I have a dog with arthritis and a dog that was hit by a car (before we owned him) and couldn't walk for several days b/c his back end just wouldn't work. Needless to say, they both need supplements, and after trying many similar products, I like the Vets Best. One dog loves the taste and the other will eat it with some coaxing. They have been very active lately and I really feel that this helps a lot. I would buy again.
really works to releave pain & maintain hip & joint problems
Have a 100 lb. lab @ 7yrs old. He was having severe pain problems. Couldn't lift head when walking. Walking very slow & disorentied. Vet diagnosed after x-rays - joint problems neck & back. Prescribed Rimadyl - gave him 2 tablets & saw improvement. But learned of all side effects especially w/labs & discontinued. My son brought home a bottle of Vet's Best Level 3 Hip & joint. Gave him 4 tablets 1st & 2nd day & it made a enormous improvement better than the Rimadyl. He was running by 3rd day. He got 4 tablets daily for 2 mos. now I maintain him on 2 tablets. This made a night & day difference in him. So far 1.5yr & dog is doing fine.
