Lethergy and a decreased appetite can also indicate illness.

They can, but there's not much you can do for them, besides keep them comfortable. My cat gets a runny nose sometimes, but it goes away in a few days.

They can also wheeze and get other respiratory problems. It may seem like a cold because of the symptoms humans get, but you should take your pet to the vet. It might be something a lot more serious.

If it lasts more than a couple of days, it's probably an upper respiratory infection, so you'll need to take your pet to the vet.

Dogs and cats can cough and sneeze too. A lot of times that means the have some kind of viral thing that needs antibiotics.
