Question

I'm 32, and my hair is starting to thin. I was going to try Rogane, but thought maybe I'd give something more natural a shot first. Is there something else I could use?

I've also been making sure to get the essential amino acids like Omega-3s. I try to eat fish but have a hard time enjoying it so I have resorted to taking fish oil pills. This web site has some great fish oil products and I recommend them!

The Natrol brand is great! I use the regrowth for women and it really works.
