Feeling sluggish in the afternoons
I wake up around 7 am every day, wide awake and ready to go. I drink just ONE cup of coffee, I love coffee. But around 2 or 3 pm I start getting really tired, sluggish or otherwise irritable. What can I do to naturally boost my energy levels?
Note: I don't want to drink more caffeine or drink energy drinks.
